Présidentielle américaine: «Guess who's on the phone? Deez Nuts!»
« To speak to younger voters, don’t be like a dad trying to be cool »
« My name is Brady Olson, I am a 15 years old sophomore in Iowa. Around here, we have corn, soybeans, and 8-man American football. I chose my name from a meme over here. Some guy says « Guess who’s on the phone ? Deez Nuts ! ».
I decided to run for president because of my frustration with the two party system, and seeing those two parties become more radical and drifting away from the center. I cannot become president because I’m not 35 years old but it makes it better knowing that people would rather vote for me than a billionaire or a Cabinet member.

I stand for balancing the budget, making health care and college more affordable, but not free, and becoming energy independent. I don’t have a million dollars but I think that I can reach many younger voters. Major candidates never talk about all the issues. Democrats will not talk about immigration or military spending. Republicans never talk about the environment, or health care, and they just focus on the economy and not social benefits.
To be different, I would do Q & A to see what the voters want and why. I use Facebook because I can reach the younger audience without embarrassing myself. I can post what I’m doing and almost instantly get feedback from my supporters. To speak to younger voters, don’t be like a dad trying to be cool around kids. Try to be more like that guy at the bar who’s really nice and you can get into a conversation with him right away. I want America to be that, the country who’s easy to get to know and doesn’t police the world, but helps out when needed ».
